The Katowice School of Technology (WST) opened Brynów Center I. The mixed-use building will be a home of the Science and Technology Park Silesia created by the school in 2011. The facility covers the area of 11 196 sq. meters. The facility is made of six storeys of which two are located under the ground and are used as a car park for 134 vehicles.

Brynów Center I welcomed its first tenant. The building was chosen by the Polish retail chain „Piotr i Paweł”.

The supermarket is located on the ground floor and was opened on 24th of May. It covers the area of 1 200 sq. meters. „Piotr i Paweł” was established in 1990 and now is present in 105 locations throughout the country. It is the second store of the brand in Katowice.

Construction works are being concluded on Brynów Center I, the latest investment of the Katowice School of Technology (WST). The building will be one of the most modern office facilities in Katowice.
