Wołodkowiczów Palace is a historic building located in the very
centre of Krakow at ul. Lubicz 4, in the immediate vicinity of Krakow
Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska shopping centre.
An important advantage to the facility is transport communication
that brings together close to 20 tram and bus line connections. In
addition, the only pedestrian area is along the western facade of the
building and connects the railway station, shopping centre with the old
town.
The distance from the Palace to the main square of the Old Town is only 700 m.
Wołodkowiczów Palace dates from the nineteenth century and like
tens of historic sites in the centre of Krakow, is a magnet for visiting
domestic and foreign tourists whose annual number is almost 9 million.
The Palace building is surrounded by prestigious hotels, sacred objects, museums, restaurants and monuments.
The Jan Nowak Jeziorański Square (emissary of the Home Army
headquarters and the Polish Government in London, a longtime director of
the Polish Section of Radio Free Europe), is in the northern part of
the Palace which in winter turns into an ice rink and Galician Advent
Fair.
